Professor Brandon Bennett

Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, Professor Brandon is a third-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Renzo Gracie and John Danaher, and also holds a brown belt in judo. Renowned for his technical precision and deep expertise in no-gi grappling, Brandon has spent years training, mentoring, and developing some of the sport’s most accomplished competitors. His teaching style emphasizes fundamentals, efficiency, and high- level problem solving, making his instruction accessible to practitioners of all experience levels. Backed by one of the most respected lineages in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Professor Brandon brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to the mats, creating an environment where students can thrive both as athletes and martial artists.

Professor Harry St. Leger

Professor Harry is a Brooklyn native, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Renzo Gracie and John Danaher, and a judo black belt. His impressive competitive résumé includes a U.S. Open Championship, a World Cup medal, selection to three U.S. World Teams, and qualification for the 2008 Olympic Trials. Today, he applies that elite-level experience to coaching some of the world's top professional fighters across the UFC and Bellator. His unique combination of high-level competition, technical expertise, and coaching experience makes him an invaluable resource for everyone from beginners to seasoned competitors.

Nervous is normal. Here's exactly how your first session goes.

  1. Book your free trial

    Use the form below or text us. Tell us a little about your goals — we'll handle the rest.

  2. Arrive 15 minutes early

    Wear athletic clothes (no zippers or pockets). We'll loan you a gi and get you checked in.

  3. Warm up & learn

    A coach walks you through a friendly warm-up and a few core techniques. No prior experience needed.

  4. Drill at your pace

    You'll practice with a partner under coach supervision. Zero pressure to spar on day one.

What to bring: water, comfortable athletic wear, and an open mind. We provide the gi, the mats, and all the guidance you'll need. Review the dress code before your first visit.

Before You Step On The Mats

Dress Code

Simple standards keep training safe, clean, and consistent for everyone.

No-Gi Uniform

All Black Required

  • Black rash guard and shorts only
  • Black spats or leggings are mandatory
  • No pockets, zippers, or exposed metal
  • Clean uniform required for every class
Gi Uniform

All White Required

  • White gi only
  • Rank belt according to promotion level
  • Clean, well-maintained gi required for every class

Training Standards

  • Fingernails and toenails trimmed
  • Shoes are not permitted on the mats
  • Good personal hygiene expected
  • Remove jewelry before training
  • Cover cuts or abrasions before class

FAQ

Do I need any experience to start?

None at all. Most of our members started as complete beginners. Our fundamentals classes are built specifically for first-timers.

What should I wear to my first class?

Athletic clothing without zippers or pockets — shorts and a t-shirt are perfect. We'll lend you a gi for your free trial.

Is jiu-jitsu safe?

When trained properly, yes. Beginners drill controlled techniques under direct coach supervision. You're never forced to spar before you're ready.

How old does my child have to be?

Our Tiny Grapplers program is for ages 6–10, and our Jr. Grapplers program is for ages 11–14. Both meet Tuesday through Thursday. Reach out and we’ll find the right fit for your child.

Where are you located and is there parking?

We're at 3466 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Unit G, Norcross, GA 30092 — right on the Peachtree Corners line — with free on-site parking. You'll find a map in the contact section below.
